Last night, March 31, the G&T PTO sponsored a Meet The Author night. PJ Hoover, the author of The Emerald Tablet came and spoke to a group of enthusiastic students about The Hero's Journey, mythology, Odysseus, how watching TV and playing video games helped her get ideas for stories and of course about her own book, The Emerald Tablet.
The students were an enthusiastic and attentive crowd who asked tons of questions afterwards and eagerly lined up to get their books signed. Everyone seemed to have a really good time.
